SCHEDULE *All dates are in Japan Standard Time.

  • Online registration: Open from March 15, 2023 to August 31, 2023 August 15, 2023.
    *On-site registration is available at the conference venue.
     After August 16, 2023, please register at the conference venue.
  • Registration Deadline for Presenters: May 15, 2023
  • Early-bird registration: Valid until June 15, 2023

Notes)

  • * Student rate is applicable only to those who have student status at the time of the conference.
  • * Participants can attend the following:
    All lunches (Aug. 28, 29 and 30)
    Banquet (Aug. 30) *The details will be up on the website later.
    Excursion (Aug. 30) *The details is up on the Excursion page.
  • * Registration fee is the same regardless of whether you are a member of the Ceramic Society of Japan (CerSJ), but only the treatment of the consumption tax differs as follows;
    • Member of CerSJ (including employees of CerSJ corporate members) is untaxable.
    • Non-member of CerSJ includes 10% Japanese consumption tax.
  • *For Presenters:
    Registration deadline for presenters is May 15, 2023.
    Please note that failure to register by the deadline may result in your presentation being removed from the program.

  • - Credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, AMEX or JCB) are available

NOTIFICATION TO ATTENDEES AFTER REGISTRATION

  • - A confirmation email will be automatically sent to the registered address immediately after the payment is completed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Conference registration fees are non-refundable for any reason.
